Campaign Report Delivery

Hosted report links, public token pages, PDF download, paid full-report upsell, and DataForSEO enrichment.

Each recipient receives only their own hosted report link. Report URLs use unguessable tokens and do not require dashboard login.

Campaign and workspace report delivery use the shared audit evidence model before email. Reports with retry_required or blocked confidence do not send. Reports with complete or usable_with_warning confidence can be shared, and the confidence reason is visible on the hosted report page.

Free campaign report

The free report is a single-page, browser-backed audit with:

  • Audit score.
  • Executive summary.
  • Priority findings.
  • Screenshots and evidence.
  • Business impact.
  • Fix effort.
  • Verification steps.
  • What the free audit did not check yet.
  • Waterfall and LCP proof when captured.
  • PDF download from the hosted report page.

The free report should be useful enough to build trust, but honest about its scope.

Delivery pacing

Campaign report emails are delivered one at a time. Cron waits at least 5 minutes between campaign report emails for the same account owner, then checks the selected AgentMail inbox's own send-window, daily cap, warmup/manual mode, first-send offset, and spacing jitter.

If a report is ready but the pacing gate is not open, the row stays pending and cron retries it later. This keeps reports from bunching together and reduces browser/report workload spikes.

Every sent row stores its own /r/[token] report URL. Campaign status responses in the dashboard, MCP, and CLI include report links once tokens exist so agents can paste the exact recipient-specific report without guessing.

The public report page can upsell a one-off full report and a DeepSyte subscription. The current offer ladder is:

  1. Free single-page report.
  2. $19.95 paid full report.
  3. Subscription for repeated or unlimited use.

The paid report path adds deeper sitewide DeepSyte analysis and DataForSEO enrichment. DataForSEO is only used on the paid report path in this phase.

Paid report enrichment can use:

  • Domain Rank Overview.
  • Ranked Keywords.
  • Relevant Pages.
  • Competitors Domain.
  • Keyword Overview.
  • Search Intent.
  • A small number of Google SERP checks for selected opportunities.
  • Google Business Profile data when the site clearly maps to a local business.

Backlinks are out of scope for v1 because of the monthly minimum commitment.
